What are PROMT Provider Reports?

For those who want to determine what will be the 'next big thing', PROMT business intelligence reports can provide information allowing you to react to trends and opportunities in the market.

You can find out at the click of a button which of your courses are no longer visible on the learndirect scotland websites, but you can also generate reports showing you what kinds of keywords learners are using to search for courses, as well as which are the most popular subject groups being searched on, and which are returning the least results.

To access reports:

·         Click the reports icon on the toolbar in PROMT. A new window will open up.

·         Click ‘Fetch Reports List’ on the top left hand side of this window. Reports and Refresh List will appear in the left hand column.

·         To select a report click on the plus symbol to expand the list.

·         Select the required option.
