The learndirect scotland Celebration of Learning 2008 took place on 4 September in The Old Fruitmarket, Glasgow.

This sixth annual informal awards event for learners was again hosted by TV personality Shereen Nanjiani, with awards presented by Danny Logue, Director of Careers at Skills Development Scotland.
