The Personal Development Certificate course was developed by learndirect scotland and formally recognises the knowledge and experience of learning centre workers.
Margaret White, Kathleen Brown and Leonna Ferguson are co-ordinators from Reid Kerr’s Renfrew, Paisley and Ferguslie learning centres. They signed up for the Scottish Qualifications Authority approved course.

Ian Fyfe said: “Ferguslie, Paisley and Renfrew branded learning centres are all outreach centres of Reid Kerr College but they are very much part of their communities. The co-ordinators are a vital part of the centres and it is appropriate that their work, expertise and skills can be properly recognised with this qualification.”
