This BUSINESS Management skills seminar has been developed from the company’s (3L) commercial experience in this field and is ultimately about showing delegates the best way (there is only one “best” way) TO USE EBAY TO IMPROVE THEIR CURRENT sales ACTIVITIES AND TO OPEN A NEW REVENUE STREAM.
It illustrates the reality of eBay, that whilst it is not a quick fix for a business or organisation, it is a fix!
This Commercial seminar is the product of many months' work and is not for bespoke delivery requirements. It includes the 3 main activities required to succeed on eBay, time management, sales and pricing. The delegates will also benefit from improved levels of self-confidence, communication and maximising one’s individual performance. The material has been distilled down to a concentrated delivery of absolutes (Diamonds and Lighthouse Rules) and the seminar works! THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL SEMINAR.
The overall aim of this seminar is to present and promote proper understanding of on-line trading techniques geared to realising participant purpose and company / corporate objectives.
The seminar is designed to improve participant awareness of their personal productivity and effectiveness and is practical and prescriptive in it’s delivery.
The seminar can be delivered at one of three levels (beginner intermediate and expert / advanced (Corporate)) in 2 hours (per unit) or as a 1 day interactive workshop (units 1 2 & 3).

The course is appropriate to any individual, business or organisation who has any goods or services to buy or sell which could be purchased remotely. The more senior the individual’s role, the more powerful the impact!

Unit 1 is a half day course, and can be run in the morning, afternoon or evening.
Unit 2 should only be attended by delegates who have completed Unit 1 and is usually delivered in the afternoon immediately after Unit 1.
